Sweeten the lives of others!
Be a blessing to those you meet.
Holding one another above yourself.
Don’t sit in the seat of the scornful.
Don’t stand in the place of the cynic.
Don’t set your heart
On the things of high estate.
Rather, as Jesus said, “Love one another.”
Be mindful of the things
that would sweeten the lives of all.
For Jesus gives hope, peace, and life
to those that bless others.

Clothe yourself with the spirit of love!
Put on the spirit of Jesus, as clothing,
as a cloak, as a mantle of who you are:
a child of God,
an ambassador for Christ,
a servant and friend of Jesus.
Then try to aid others, try to bring cheer,
try to bring hope, try to bring help,
try to bring faith, and
try to bring courage to the weak and discouraged.
And your reward will be great.
